Pete Booth is President and Founder of Booth Research Services. He is actively involved in managing day-to-day activities of the company and in ensuring that proper staffing and resources are available for each individual project. In addition, Pete continues to perform a wide variety of client service and project related tasks by supporting new and existing clients in the areas of research design, analysis, and reporting of results. He is active in both community business organizations and national research and marketing associations.
Pete's expertise lies primarily in the areas of research design, operations, and analysis. He has performed both domestic and international research and is experienced in a wide variety of industries and sectors. Industries for which he has particular expertise include packaged goods, agricultural and chemical, cable television and communications, computer software and hardware, and retailing
Scott Booth
Business Development Manager
Scott has a B.S. in Neuroscience from Furman University in South Carolina. He joined Booth Research Services in 2007 as Business Development Manager. Scott began his career at The Richmark Group in Chicago, primarily focusing on B2B competitive intelligence studies. In 2005, Scott joined the Customer Insights and Analytics group at Delta Air Lines. While at Delta, Scott executed myriad ad-hoc tactical research projects from design through reporting, giving him exposure to every level of the research process. Also at Delta, Scott managed reporting for competitive customer satisfaction tracking. The quarterly customer satisfaction reports Scott generated were used by Delta’s executives and stakeholders to understand both the competitive environment within the airline industry and Delta’s performance relative to other airlines.
In addition to his new business responsibilities, which include identifying research opportunities for current and prospective clients or helping them fulfill existing research needs, he also supports the project management team when assistance is needed. Scott is especially proficient at managing online surveys. His professional affiliations include the American Marketing Association.
Scott also has previous experience in data processing, working with Booth Research’s data processing department while attending college. His background in both marketing research and academic research, give him a strong understanding of research design and methodologies.
Chrissy Booth Flicker
Project Manager & Programming
Chrissy Booth Flicker received her Bachelors degree from Bowdoin College in Maine, and her first job was with Tufts-New England Medical Center, a teaching hospital in Boston. While at Tufts-New England Medical Center, Chrissy worked in the finance department, where she gained experience in quantitative analysis, operations, and supplier relations. She also gained an extensive understanding of the Healthcare industry. This background gives her particular respondent-side understanding for business studies.
Chrissy joined Booth Research Services in March 2006. Since that time, she has serviced accounts such as UPS, Church’s Chicken and Windstream Yellow Pages. Her expertise is primarily in project management, tabulation, and reporting.
She also has experience as a telephone interviewer, working in Booth Research’s phone facility during high school and college. This experience enriches her ability to design and test questionnaires as well as the reporting of survey results.
